Each year, Certified Concierge Accountant (CCA) hosts a reunion for its mastermind students to reflect on where they’ve been, refocus on where they’re going, share experiences and successes with other students, rejuvenate and prepare for the next year of developing their business.
This year, the reunion will be taking place at the Peninsula Papagayo Resort in Andaz, Costa Rica.
“Getting out of the office and away from the distractions that consume our day-to-day lives is a vital component of successful business crafting,” says Coach Jackie Meyer, co-founder of the CCA program. “Taking this time provides our students with an opportunity to collaborate with other like-minded professionals and work on their businesses instead of working in them.”
“More importantly,” continues Business Coach Chuck Bauer, also a co-founder of the CCA program, “this is a chance for students to apply what they’ve learned and give their teams a chance to step up and run the show while they’re gone. If our students can’t leave their businesses behind for a few days to work on personal and professional growth, then they really need to come to Costa Rica to spend time with us and get re-motivated and start applying our lessons!”
In an effort to deepen conversations and diversify the experiences shared among students, CCA is inviting all of Chuck Bauer’s business coaching students, regardless of their connection with CCA.
“We feel that including Chuck’s students will introduce new perspectives to our conversations, and will be of tremendous value to students of every profession and industry,” says Mrs. Meyer.
The three-day retreat is scheduled to happen this October.
“If you’re a student and you want to work smarter, take more quality time off, and make more money, then you need to be here,” finishes Mr. Bauer. “And on top of all that, it’s going to be fun!”
